Other companies had a wait time of 3-4 days. The technician was nice and did a great job. To have service this prompt was worth paying a little extra. Well worth it in my opinion."

"The initial impression was great. The scheduler took down our issue and we were notified of the techs arrival 30 minutes prior as expected. Our tech (Theodore) was professional, friendly, and gave us clear options for our refrigerator. He didn't simply have us throw parts/labor (read - money) at a guess. Unfortunately our fridge was beyond reasonable repair, but I still give these folks 5 stars. They did their best and will be on the top of our list."
